BER Jet Engine Recycling

RB211June 2014 - Aircraft Demolition recently acquired a number of Pratt & Whitney JT8D's, Rolls Royce RB211's and CFM56 BER engines for recycling purposes. The engines were recycled at our secure facility in Minnesota. The scrap jet engine materials were mutilated and prepared for re-melt. We purchase many jet engine types for recycling purposes. Aircraft Recycling at Northland College

NCTCMay 2014 - Aircraft Demolition was called in to recycle a Boeing 727 and McDonnell Douglas DC9 for Northland Community and Technical College in Thief River Falls, MN. Even thought the project was completed during the first week of April there was still over 12" inches of snow on the ground. Five engines were removed for recycling purposes prior to the aircraft demolition process.

Expansion to Marana, AZ

Pinal Airpark-img 1aApril 3, 2014 - Aircraft Demolition has expanded its operations to Marana, AZ (MZJ) also known as Pinal Airpark. We have acquired land for aircraft storage, disassembly and part out. Customers can contact us to disassemble aircraft already located at Marana or fly aircraft in from other locations.

Aircraft Demolition provides services for Teardown, Disassembly and Part-out to customers worldwide. Aircraft Demolition is an Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA) accredited member in the Disassembly of Aircraft, Powerplants and other Aerospace Materials, our team of expert technicians disassemble the entire aircraft including the engines quickly and efficiently at your location or ours.

Our focus is first on project safety and then to complete the aircraft disassembly on time and on budget. We are very excited about expanding our business in Arizona and look forward to working with many new customers.

Scholarship Winner

DSC 1418 webMarch 2014 - Aircraft Demolition is proud to announce the winner of our first annual Aviation Student Scholarship. Jennifer Jara attends Northland Community and Technical College as an Aviation Maintenance Technology major. She is expected to graduate in December 2014 with an Airframe and Powerplant Technicians license. Aircraft repair and maintenance is one of Jen’s passions, along with flying; she is also a licensed pilot.

Aircraft Demolition was pleased to provide Jen with a $1,000 scholarship, which she can use toward her educational goals in aviation. We wish her the best of luck completing her education and going forward in her aviation career.
