Q: Does Aircraft Demolition provide part-out services?
A: Yes. We can be contracted to remove parts for reuse or resale.
Q: What happens to the airframe data plate?
A: The airframe data plate is removed by the air carrier prior to deconstruction and returned to the FAA or is removed by Aircraft Demolition and returned to the air carrier.
Q: Who is responsible for any aircraft hazardous material ?
A: The air carrier is responsible for the removal and disposal of any hazardous material prior to deconstruction date. We can be contracted to handle this step.
Q: Will Aircraft Demolition recycle an aircraft in a foreign country?
A: Yes. Aircraft Demolition has recycled aircraft in the united states as well as in several foreign countires.
Q: Does the air carrier need to provide supervision during the aircraft deconsrtuction process?
A: Only if your company requires a representative to be present.
Q: Are there any extra or hidden costs not included in Aircraft Demolitions budgetary proposal?
A: Never! However, if the scope of the project should change, Aircraft Demolition would provide a new proposal reflecting the changes.
Q: Does Aircraft Demolition offer a quantity discount?
A: Yes. Discounts are based on the total number of aircraft to be demolished and recycled, either in one location or in multiple locations.
Q: Is Aircraft Demolition Insured?
A: Yes. Aircraft Demolition carries commercial general liability insurance.
Q: Does Aircraft Demolition ensure clean up after the airplane demo?
A: Yes. Deconstruction and clean up is guaranteed eliminating any potential for F.O.D
